Life at work

for the past.... month or so, work has been... hellacious, to say the least.
I've repeatedly asked for a job description, to no avail.
I've asked for clarification on several issues here and all I get are vague, we'll figure it outs....
None of which is new... it's pretty much the party line around here.
Balanced against all that bullshit, is the freedom I have here.
I know how to do more than damn near everyone, if not everyone in fact.
I've spent the last couple of days pointing out to my boss, the owner, all manner of things he just doesn't know how or what to do.

I'm not sure the scales still balance...
